Policies

By booking a reading, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

1. Booking & Payment

​

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a session is booked.


2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  •  If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to move your session to a later available date.

  •  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will forfeit the session without refund.

  •  In the rare event that I need to reschedule, I will offer you the next available appointment that works for you.


3. Privacy Policy

  • Confidentiality is a priority. Any personal information you share, including birth details and session discussions, will be kept strictly confidential.

  • Your privacy is respected,  I do not disclose client information to third parties.


4. Session Guidelines

  • All readings are conducted via Zoom. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space for our session.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.


5. Respect for the Practice

  • My readings are intended for those who are open to receiving astrological insight. I do not offer sessions to individuals seeking to debate, disprove, or challenge astrology.

  • If it becomes clear that a booking was made with the intent to argue rather than engage in a genuine reading, this will be considered a violation of this policy, and the session will be terminated immediately without a refund.


6. No Guarantees & Personal Responsibility

  • Astrology is a tool for self-reflection, insight, and guidance. However, readings should not be interpreted as absolute predictions or guarantees of future events.

  • You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and interpretations of the insights provided.


7. Disclaimer

  • Astrological readings are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

  • I am not a licensed therapist, doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor. Always consult a qualified professional for any medical, legal, or financial concerns.
